Matter and Material: A Group Sculpture Exhibition of Hawai'i Artists
January 16 - April 13, 2004

Matter and Material features unique, contemporary forms by fourteen sculpture artists from the islands of Hawai'i, Kaua'i, Maui and O'ahu. Media represented include wood, glass, ceramics, wool, metal, stone and wax. The exhibiting artists are Lonny Tomono of Hawai'i; A. Kimberlin Blackburn of Kaua'i; Ditmar Hoerl, Ron Smith and Christy Vail of Maui; and Yoko Haar, Keiko Hatano, Jon Ikegami, May Izumi, Corinne Kamiya, John Koga, Lynn Weiler Liverton, Jason Minami and Lori Uyehara of O'ahu.
